Fundraising Plan and Giving Levels

To support the construction of The Holiday Center and related campus improvements, Campbell Hall has announced a $45 million fundraising campaign with an important $35 million milestone—the point at which we will be positioned to break ground.

A campaign of this magnitude will depend on the generosity and commitment of the entire school community, requiring charitable donations at levels similar to those indicated in the below table of gifts. Unlike the Campbell Hall Annual Fund (CH Fund) that directly benefits the yearly operating budget, CH NEXT has a much larger goal, spanning multiple years that, like all industry-standard capital campaigns, moves through a series of stages to ensure success.

The first of these phases, the Leadership Phase, is also referred to as the “quiet phase.” We are thrilled to announce that Campbell Hall received $17.5 million in commitments during CH NEXT’s quiet phase.
During the Public Phase, we are focused on including both leadership gifts and major gifts. The goal of this phase is to bring the fundraising over 80% of the goal. Naming opportunities are currently available at each major gift level and members of the community are asked to consider a pledge that is payable over a five-year period. 
The final phase, known as the Community Phase, will commence once fundraising progress reaches 80% of the campaign goal (approximately $35 million). Campbell Hall is grateful for gifts of all sizes and will announce additional naming and/or recognition opportunities at more giving levels. The Community Phase will help us reach our milestone campaign goal as we bring Campbell Hall’s athletic, wellness, and academic facilities to the NEXT level.



MAKING YOUR CH NEXT PLEDGE

Campbell Hall is asking CH NEXT donors to pledge their support over a five year period. For example, a $100,000 pledge to the campaign is typically paid in annual installments of $20,000. Naming opportunities are currently available for pledges of $50,000 or more.

Gifts and pledge payments to CH NEXT are fully tax-deductible.
